The challenge in this particular case was locating a candidate that not only had an immense level of technical knowledge in the discipline as well as specific knowledge of the catalog marketing world but also an individual with the business acumen to drive an in-house database marketing organization as large as our Client's. In addition, this position required relocation to Torrance, CA.
